This question gained momentum after researchers revisited studies that had, for decades, supported the beta-amyloid plaque hypothesis as the primary explanation for Alzheimer’s disease. The presentation also references an investigation involving a 13-year-old child diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer’s whose autopsy reportedly revealed elevated levels of cadmium chloride, a heavy metal identified as a potential factor associated with brain impairment. From that point forward, the research shifted toward investigating whether certain environmental toxins might play a more significant role in cognitive health than previously believed.

As this investigation progressed, another concept began to receive increasing attention: Type 3 Diabetes, described in the presentation as a condition related to brain insulin resistance. The presentation also refers to several studies and scientific concepts used to support this hypothesis, including a randomized, double-blind clinical trial involving approximately 2,100 participants, while also mentioning Johns Hopkins University, FDA-registered manufacturing facilities, and GMP-certified production standards.

According to the hypothesis presented, the proposed root mechanism behind cognitive decline follows a sequence of biological events. The process is described as beginning with exposure to environmental toxins—particularly cadmium chloride—which may contribute to brain inflammation. This, in turn, could promote brain insulin resistance (Type 3 Diabetes), reducing the ability of neurons to use glucose as their primary energy source.
